Heavenly Hearts

Bake Time: 30 –35 minutes

Cool Time: 10–15 minutes




  • 2 cups finely crushed oreo™ style cookies (about 24 cookies)

  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

  • 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

  • 1 (14-ounce) can Sweetened Condensed Milk

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup white or milk chocolate chips

  • 5 drops red food coloring

A quick, delicious cheesecake made more heavenly with heart-shaped portions.


  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Combine cookie crumbs and butter; press firmly on bottom 9x13-inch baking pan.
  3. With mixer, beat cream cheese in large bowl until fluffy.
  4. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  5. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  6. Pour half the batter evenly over prepared crust.
  7. Melt chocolate chips in microwave for 30 seconds.
  8. Stir in food coloring. Heat for an additional 30 seconds.
  9. Stir melted chocolate chips into remaining batter; spoon over vanilla batter.
  10. With table knife or metal spatula, gently swirl chocolate batter through vanilla batter to marble.
  11. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill at least 1 hour.
  12. Cut out individual servings with heart-shaped cookie cutter.
